Last paper... finally!
Well..... my last paper has finally ended. But i don't feel as relieved as i felt last semester. Last semester, after finishing my last paper, i was really looking forward to the skiing trip with lam. Furthermore its winter! The weather is so nice(though cold at times). And the best thing is, i felt that i've done my best for all my papers. And indeed, my results last semester wasn't bad at all!
But this semester, despite the fact that i need to re-enroll in some subjects and settle my troubles with the advance credit and all, i felt motivated to study. Even though i missed 2 weeks of lessons for most of my subjects, i put in extra effort to catch up with everybody. But sadly, out of the 4 examinable subjects that i took this semester, i am not very happy with 3.
My POWER, i took great effort to study the concept and theories and all. I am especially interested in this subject actually.... but not only did i not do well for my mid semester, i've got a BIG careless mistake for my final exam!!! I can't believe i've forgotten to do tt step!
Math. This paper i'm not worried about failing. More like i wanted to score well. Put in so much effort to practice, practice and practice... and due to time constraint i do not have time to check through my workings. And guess what, careless mistake again. I know the answer but why did i write wrongly?! How the hell did i managed to do tt?!
STATS!!! this is crazy!! Just before today's paper, i still have yet to received my assignments marks. And the worse thing is, my friend found out that the lecturer actually did not received his assignment thats why he did not received his marks. So he send a soft copy of it to the lecturer and he got his marks immediately. But i couldn't get hold of my lecturer. I've tried sending a few emails to him but have yet to receive a reply. Weekend is here and i'm going back sg on monday. How?!?!?!! Then comes the exam, normally you'd think that in a exam, there will be a few questions where everybody would be able to do and a few questions to single out the distinction students right? WRONG!!! Out of the 5 questions, everyone i know only manage to do 1 qn!! All the questions are unfamiliar to us at all! Never seen it before, not to mention doing it before. Is it fair for the lecturer to do this kind of thing?!
Sigh, in conclusion... this semester makes me feel sad. And i was still in a confident mood before the exam starts. Really didn't expect things to turn out like these......
